When you visit a lawyer to discuss your case make sure that you have all the facts and figures ready with you. It can be a good idea to note down all the important facets of the case and then elaborate them before the lawyer. The more information you provide to the lawyer, the better he/she can assess the nature of your case. More importantly you can assess how the lawyer will proceed in handling your case after you have supplied all the information.
