Find a lawyer with whom you are comfortable:
Your interaction with your lawyer will require you to shed a lot of information about yourself and others around you. Choose a lawyer who you are comfortable with, and whom you can trust personally as well as professionally. You must have confidence in your lawyer and work with him/her to bring out the important points in your case. If you are not comfortable talking to your lawyer, you could be withdrawing certain information that might prove crucial to the case.
